What is Titus Project?
You spent nine months in SBS going deep into God’s Word. Titus Project is what comes next.
Three weeks of teacher training in Battambang, followed by eight weeks of outreach, teaching the Bible to pastors, church leaders, and believers across Cambodia. You practice in the classroom, get evaluated by staff, and then use it in the field.
Titus runs soon after SBS and is open to graduates from any YWAM base in the world.
Phase Breakdown
Phase 1 — Training (3 weeks)
Classroom-based. You will learn how to prepare and present a lecture, teach inductively, communicate cross-culturally, work through a translator, and handle team dynamics. Staff evaluate your teaching throughout so you know exactly where you are growing.
Phase 2 — Outreach (8 weeks)
Teams are sent to multiple locations across Cambodia, serving churches and ministries in several provinces. You will teach inductive Bible study, lead Bible overview sessions, and preach. Some teams have gone beyond Cambodia into neighboring regions. Where you go depends on the team, the relationships, and the doors that are open.
Teaching is a skill you build. Titus is where you build it.

Cambodia is in a unique season of growth and unity within the body of Christ. Through Titus Project, you can come alongside local churches, teach God’s Word, and help strengthen believers as they grow in faith.
Both Khmer and Internationals have been equipped and sent out as teachers. Graduates from this base have gone on to teach in Siem Reap, Poipet, and other provinces.

Titus is a course that counts towards degrees offered by U of N globally.
You can work towards an Associate’s Degree with us or use your credits at U of N locations worldwide as you work toward a Bachelor’s.

ACCREDITATION
This YWAM Titus Project (CHR 214) is a University of the Nations registered course. Twelve (12) credits will be earned upon successful completion of the course. These credits may be applied to a U of N degree program or transferred to other participating colleges or universities. A successfully completed YWAM-DTS is a prerequisite to all other UofN training schools, degree programs and working long-term with YWAM. A successfully completed 9 month YWAM-SBS is a prerequisite to the Titus Project.
SELF CONFIDENCE
Many people arrive at Titus unsure about their abilities. That feeling is normal and it is not a disqualification. The three-week training phase exists precisely to build the skill from where you actually are.
You will practice, be evaluated and get specific feedback. By the time you leave for outreach you will have taught in front of people multiple times, and staff will have told you honestly what is working and what to keep developing. No one is thrown into the field unprepared.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need to have done my SBS at Battambang?
No. If you have completed SBS at any YWAM base anywhere in the world, you are eligible to apply for Titus at Battambang.
I finished SBS and was planning to go home. Is it too late to do Titus?
It’s usually not too late. Titus starts soon after SBS finishes at Battambang. If you are in SBS right now and Titus is not in your plans, it is worth asking whether it could be. Talk to someone before you go home.
I am not a confident teacher. Is that a problem?
No. Most people who arrive at Titus are not confident teachers. Titus is made to change that. You will receive structured training, times to practice, and honest feedback before you ever go on outreach.
What exactly will I be doing on outreach?
Teaching. You will teach inductive Bible study, lead Bible overview sessions, and preach in church contexts. Teams typically serve multiple churches and ministries across several provinces. You will usually be in more than one location during the eight weeks.
How do I know which country (A,B or C) do I belong to?
